The price was reasonable and affordable. The property was clean and tidy upon arrival. The location was convenient for exploring the area.
The upstairs bedroom was unsafe with a big drop to the floor. The pull-out sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping, resulting in a lack of sleep.

The chalet at Aremo Garden House was absolutely charming with a beautiful terrace and garden views. It felt like a cozy little haven. I loved that the chalet had a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge and a microwave. It made it easy for me to prepare my own meals. The bedroom was comfortable and provided a perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring Torquay. The fact that the chalet included a washing machine was a lifesaver. It meant I could easily freshen up my clothes during my stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and provided entertainment during the evenings.
Personally, I would have liked a larger bathroom as the shower felt a bit cramped. However, I understand that others may find it perfectly adequate.

The property's secluded location was a big plus for us. We loved the outside decked area surrounded by beautiful old trees, where we enjoyed our dinners. It created a cozy and private atmosphere that was a refreshing change from the typical hotel experience. the cleanliness of the place was impressive and made for a comfortable stay.
The lack of a blackout blind over the skylight, which made it challenging for my partner to sleep due to the light. , walking through the main building up to the house may not be everyone's cup of tea, although we quickly got used to it.

During my recent stay at Aremo Garden House, I was pleasantly surprised by how cosy and comfortable the property was. The sofa bed, which is usually not very comfortable, turned out to be a great sleeping option for a third person. The upstairs bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the ceiling window added a lovely touch, allowing me to enjoy the sound of rain while sleeping. Additionally, I appreciated how clean the place was, making me feel at ease throughout my stay.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of a view of the sea that was advertised and the potentially unsafe upstairs bedroom with a drop to the floor, I was able to quickly adjust and make the best of it. Despite these minor inconveniences, the property still provided a beautiful and secluded setting.
